  What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  
  
  • 
    
  • Develop, coordinate, implement, and administration of a schedule of planned, preventive, and predictive maintenance for equipment, machinery, tools and buildings.
    
  • Be able to review manufacturer's service manuals, and records of maintenance problems to determine optimum frequency of preventive maintenance (PM).
    
  • Utilize a computerized system to input PM orders and track status and/or completion.
    
  • Develop and maintain a required parts list for each piece of equipment.
    
  • This plant DOES NOT have air conditioning, it will get HOT in the summer.
    
  • You will be required to climb ladders and must be comfortable working work in high locations.
    
    
    
    What Is Required (Qualifications)
    
    
    • 
      
    • -Pervious experience working in a maintenance shop
      
    • -Attention to detail - you will create and manage parts libraries, order parts, and manage an invoice system. -
      
      
      
      How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
      
      
      • 
        
      • -Pervious experience working in a maintenance shop.
        
      • Demonstrated ability examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
        
      • Pervious experience developing and implementing -maintenance of policies, objectives.
        
      • Short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects to assist in accomplishment of established goals.
