We’re searching for a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working hands-on with production teams, and wants to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: Drive process improvements that boost efficiency, safety, and product quality. Partner with design engineers to bring complex ideas to life in the shop. Develop tools, fixtures, and layouts that keep our teams productive. Lead continuous improvement projects with Lean and Six Sigma principles. Be the go-to problem-solver on the production floor. Requirements: What You Bring: Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or relevant experience). CAD skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar). 10 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment. A knack for troubleshooting and process optimization. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Why SSI?
