information, visit . POSITION SUMMARY: Full Time The purpose of
this position is to establish and direct the facility's overall
day-to day operation, both internal and external, and coordinate
and maintain compliance in accordance with current existing
federal, state and local standards, as well as in accordance with
the established policies and procedures of Tennessee Health
Management, Inc. as delegated by the Corporate Board of Directors
to maximize high standards of care to patients. ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform
essential functions satisfactorily with or without a reasonable
accommodation; including, but not limited to: --- Select and hire
appropriate personnel to supervise activities of all
departments.--- Determine staffing needs of the facility, and
coordinate with Human Resources.--- Conduct in-service and
supervisory training meetings.--- Meet with personnel as required
and scheduled to assist in identifying and correcting issues,
and/or the improvement of services.--- Monitor the financial status
of facility and maintain an efficient accounting system.--- Comply
with budget requirements to maintain effective cost of facility
operation.--- Review physical plant and direct repairs/new
construction programs within the financial structure of the
facility and/or corporation.--- Initiate purchases of major
equipment and supplies for the facility.--- Be aware of the
appropriate admission, transfer and discharge of patients.---
Direct various committees of the facility, such as care plan,
infection control, pharmaceutical, budget quality assessment and
assurance, etc.--- Make routine rounds and authorize and conduct
tours with facility staff, governmental representatives, visitors
and others.--- Monitor procedures to ensure compliance with the
state and federal guidelines, laws, regulations and company
policies.--- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of records,
protected health information (PHI), and other information relating
to patients, employees and the facility.--- Ensure legal compliance
in all areas of operations.--- Attend and participate in
orientation programs, on-going training and educational classes.---
Follow the established universal precautions and isolation
procedures.--- Maintain alliances with hospitals and other health
care facilities in the community, and coordinate services through
working and transfer agreements.--- Represent facility in
coordination with government entities.--- Review and determine the
valid license and certificates required for positions help in
compliance with state and/or federal; requirements. --- Providing a
plan of corrective action in response to regional audits. REQUIRED

in a timely manner. REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE: --- Six (6) months
experience in a hospital, long-term care facility or other
healthcare facility. Education Requirements: --- Bachelor's Degree
preferred. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: --- Current state
