We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing therapeutic support, developing treatment plans, and facilitating patient recovery through individual and group therapy sessions in our outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate will bring a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities to help our patients achieve their highest potential in personal health. Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs and treatment goals. Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations. Provide psychotherapy and counseling for patients dealing with mental health disorders, emotional distress, and substance abuse issues. Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote skill development and social interaction. Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment activities. Maintain comprehensive patient records and prepare reports on treatment outcomes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Expertise in various therapeutic techniques and principles Ability to handle a caseload effectively and meet deadlines Strong ethical framework and sensitivity to confidentiality issues Experience in crisis management and intervention Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, or Marriage and Family Therapist Certification in behavioral health treatments such as CBT or DBT is preferred
