This opportunity focuses on delivering skilled therapeutic support within a K-12 educational setting, helping students enhance their functional abilities and participate fully in school activities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Implement therapeutic interventions addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate strategies into classroom activities. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly. Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with educational and healthcare regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches for student success. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings. Familiarity with working across multiple grade levels, including K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Strong understanding of pediatric developmental milestones and educational requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student populations. Knowledge of current best practices and state regulations related to school therapy services. Location: Position based in Corning, CA.
