Job Description:
A community health center in northeast Arkansas is hiring a
full-time BC/BE pediatrician to join their team. The health center
has 6 (soon-to-be 7) clinic locations in northeast Arkansas and
this position will be at their Pocahontas, Paragould, or Highland
clinic. Opportunity Highlights Join a growing team of primary care
physicians and APRNs in an outpatient only setting with telephone
call. Flexible schedule, four (4) 9-hour days or four and a half
(4.5) 8-hour days. Ample time with patients, 40-minute well visits
and 20-minute acute visits. Recruitment Package Employed position
offering a base salary with bonus potential. Possible Residency
Stipend. A resident who signs a contract early receives
$1,000/month w hile completing training! Benefits include
health/dental insurance, 27 days PTO plus 13 paid holidays, 1 week
for CME and allowance, life insurance, retirement plan, and much
more. Pocahontas in Northeast Arkansas Nestled in the southern
region of the country, Arkansas is known for its abundance of
natural landscapes, diverse economy and rich cultural heritage.
Pocahontas is in Randolph County, which is the only county in
Arkansas with five rivers and one lake. Because of this, water
sports are abundant and include fishing, swimming, kayaking,
canoeing, and boating. Residents can go camping along the county's
rivers, as well as walking, hiking, birding, and wildlife watching
at Mississippi River State Park. The area also offers top-notch
hunting spots and access to a golf course. Pocahontas is 1-hour 40
mins from Memphis and roughly 2 hours from Little Rock. ES-2
