Registered Nurse, Cardiac/Surgical/Telemetry – Tennessee Start
Date: February 2, 2026 Location: Jackson, Tennessee Compensation:
Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 36-hour
orientation; 12-hour shifts with 4–5 patient ratio across all
shifts Highlights: Fast-paced cardiac, surgical, and telemetry unit
caring for post-surgical, cardiac telemetry, and general medical
patients Epic EMR system – recent experience required within the
last 12 months Float opportunities to other
medical-surgical/telemetry units or low-acuity ICU settings
Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, rapid
response teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and more 33-bed
unit with daily census of approximately 28 patients Local and
travel candidates welcomed at the same rate Requirements: Active
Tennessee RN license or Compact State license Minimum 1 year of
acute care nursing experience; travel experience preferred Current
AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Epic charting
experience within the last 12 months (competency exam required)
Experience with telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips, IV insulin
protocols, post-MI care, and procedural sedation Proficiency in
wound care, chest tube management, central line care, blood product
administration, and isolation precautions COVID-19 vaccination
required (medical/religious exemptions only); influenza vaccination
required with no exemptions Willingness to float to other units as
