Position Overview This position provides clinical services to adults, including assessments, treatment planning, individual therapy, and group facilitation. Schedule Requirements Swing shift availability required once per week Weekend availability preferred Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be able to perform the following functions at a consistent and professional level: Conduct mental health screenings and comprehensive clinical assessments through record review and client interviews Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans (ITPs) based on client needs and level of functioning Provide individual therapy and facilitate CBT-based and other evidence-based therapy groups Deliver appropriate counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral health services Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation in the health record Ensure documentation supports continuity of care, compliance, and billing requirements Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and professional standards Demonstrate strong knowledge of counseling theory, evidence-based practices, and emerging clinical interventions Experience working with forensic or court-involved populations preferred Qualifications Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field Current Mississippi licensure or active Mississippi Department of Mental Health (MDMH) certification required Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience providing behavioral health services Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team What We Offer Competitive, market-based compensation Healthcare benefits Supportive leadership and collaborative culture Opportunity to make a real impact in underserved and justice-involved populations Commitment to ethical, high-quality, and accessible care Aero Community Healthcare is a Drug-Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
