for managing the complete clinical care of hospitalized patients,

Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients
Coordinate treatment plans and communicate effectively with both
patients and their families Monitor ongoing treatments and adjust
as necessary Participate in multidisciplinary healthcare teams to
provide holistic care Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
and standards Participate in the development of protocols and
quality improvement practices Facilitate patient discharge by
coordinating with healthcare team and providing appropriate
follow-up recommendations Strong clinical skills and knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
effectively in a team Solid decision-making and problem-solving
skills Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
