Job Description:

seeks a dedicated MedSurg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our

outcomes. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
Monitor patient health and record signs. Administer medications,
provide wound care, and other personalized interventions. Interpret
patient information and make critical decisions about needed
actions. Coordinate care, in collaboration with a broad healthcare
team. Direct and supervise care delivered by other healthcare
personnel like LPNs and nurse aides. Provide education and support
to patients and their families about post-hospital care. Proficient
in general nursing skills and technology. Strong ability to operate
medical equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Medical
Insurance Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee. BLS
certification required. ACLS preferred.
