Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled LTAC RN for
a position in Jackson, Tennessee. This role involves providing care
in a long-term acute care setting, where patients require extended
hospitalization for serious illnesses or injuries. Our ideal
candidate will possess a strong set of nursing skills, a

patient care. As part of our exceptional team, you will play a
crucial role in helping patients achieve their recovery goals,
collaborating with medical professionals to deliver comprehensive
care tailored to the needs of each individual. Assess, plan, and
implement nursing care for patients in an LTAC setting. Monitor
patient progress and adjust treatments as needed. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their
families. Advanced knowledge of nursing care procedures and
protocols Proficient in using medical software and patient
management systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment Strong
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Tennessee Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certifications
