ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Memphis, Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • Work 48-hour or 36-hour shifts in Medical Surgical/Neuro Stepdown unit • Team nursing ratios - discuss specific ratios with manager during interview • On-call responsibilities as needed • Weekend requirements as needed • Must have 2 years of nursing experience (3 years preferred) • Level I Trauma experience required • Travel experience required - must have completed at least one previous travel assignment • Large hospital experience required • Active RN license in state or compact license required • ADN acceptable for this position • Cerner experience preferred • Flu vaccine required with no exemptions • Must live at least 100 miles from facility • May be floated between like units and campuses within 20 miles • All requested time off must be included at time of submission • Must be willing to work 2 of 3 major holidays if they fall during assignment • Copy of driver's license required at time of submittal • First-time travelers not accepted Facility: This healthcare facility operates as a short-term acute care hospital and Level I Trauma Center, providing comprehensive emergency and critical care services.
