Job Description Leadership opportunity - $460K Starting Salary
$100K Starting Bonus - Corning, NY Highlights of the Opportunity:
Provide overall leadership of the administrative, professional, and
clinical operations of the Guthrie Corning Emergency Department
Initiate and lead appropriate reviews to evaluate quality of care
Develop, maintain, and review the Department Policy Manual and
Treatment Protocols Participate actively in Emergency Medical
Services (EMS) planning and implementation Participate in
hospital-wide, local and regional disaster planning Protected admin
time Coordinate physician coverage schedules On-site helipad allows
for efficient and timely transport of patients in and out of our
facilities Epic EMR fully integrated throughout Guthrie's network
Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits: $200K loan repayment or
$100K starting/retention bonuses 249 hours of PTO 112 hours CME
