working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN
in Germantown, Tennessee, 38138! A Registered Nurse (RN) – Med
Surg/Telemetry provides patient care for individuals with various
medical conditions while monitoring cardiac rhythms through
telemetry. The nurse administers medications, monitors vital signs,
assesses patient conditions, collaborates with the healthcare team,
and ensures proper documentation and patient safety. 5 Benefits of
