Current Arkansas Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment. Current CPR certification required. Valid driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for patient visits in a home health setting. Experience providing physical therapy in home health or community-based settings preferred.
