Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arkansas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Home health experience required. Client preference for clinicians with OASIS experience. Ability to meet productivity requirement of 30 points as specified by the client. Willingness to travel within and provide care across the following counties: Independence, Sharp, Izard, White, Fulton, Jackson. Experience performing comprehensive PT evaluations, developing measurable goals, and supervising PTAs and aides in accordance with state practice act. Maintain documentation and billing in required formats and timelines for company, facility, funding source, and regulatory bodies. Adhere to HIPAA, corporate compliance, and professional practice standards. Preferred: prior home health OASIS documentation experience. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no weekends required). Assignment Type: Travel contract. Start/End: April–July assignment period.
