Chief Information Officer:
As the CIO this role will be directly responsible for Business
Systems, IT infrastructure, Master Data Management and Cyber
Security. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the CIO will
continue to build and lead a world-class IT organization aligned
with the overall business and growth strategy of the company. They
will be responsible for driving a company-wide data, process and
systems standardization. The CIO will work with the Chief
Digitization Officer (CDO) toward employing digital technologies as
business improvement enablers. The CIO will focus on continuous
modernizing of IT infrastructure with balanced cloud and edge
computing, ensuring pragmatic and effective cybersecurity, and
forging strategic supplier relationships - all while creating a
nimble, reliable, and cost-effective IT organization and platform
across the business. to emphasize SAP experience needed please add

A significant role for the CIO will be to anticipate industry
change and identify opportunities for technology innovation that
helps to solidify our leadership position within a highly
competitive industry landscape.
- Outcomes and Objectives Sets up and Executes IT Strategy in
alignment with the Company's strategy and goals
- Establish roadmap for effective business systems evolution
including but not limited to the next phase evolution from ECC6
SAP.
- Establish roadmap for effective business intelligence,
analytics, and decision support across the business.
- Partner with the CDO to layout a vision and execution on the
digitization of the organization.
- Lead effort to identify optimal business systems/tools and
underlying IT infrastructure that will support the company going
forward. Governance of IT Function
- The CIO will be tasked with optimizing the IT operational and
capital budgets and to continue to develop the talent pipeline of
the IT organization through strong recruitment, training,
mentorship, and actively rewarding and recognizing exemplary
contributions. Overall, s/he will manage a 100+ person global team
including internal, contractor, and outsourced IT resources.
- Challenges the IT organization to generate and implement
breakthrough ideas and solutions for transformation.
- Ensures well thought out business cases/justifications are
developed for IT initiatives.
- Implement an IT governance structure, to include business
partners, to ensure predictable and reliable implementation
(project management) and support plans are in place to execute
chosen IT initiatives and effectively support implemented
solutions.
- Develop and manage standardized application portfolios across
the company, globally.
- Ensure effective project management across strategic
initiatives that deliver expected results as scoped, on time, and
within budget.
- Ensure development of policies, procedures and standards for
computer-based business systems, including but not limited to
business applications, IT infrastructure, information systems
security, and disaster recovery.
- Manage risk around business IT systems and underlying IT
infrastructure.
- Design and maintain an effective cyber-security program that
protects the company's assets in a cost-justified manner; ensure
compliance.
- Manage an enterprise-wide IT team across all company locations;
set clear objectives for the IT team and manage all resources
accordingly.
- Manage 3rd-party relationships and service providers engaged in
the delivery of IT solutions and services across the company.
Business Partner
- Pushes managers in the business to re-examine how things are
done, challenging their assumptions about what is possible.
- Mentors the business on how to best harness the power of the
Company's IT resources. Develop strategy around building user
knowledge that includes effective and repeatable end user
training.
- Infuse a culture where data and analytics are foundational
components to most business discussions and decision-making across
the business, including sound ROI analysis.
- Demonstrate ability to assimilate information quickly and
concisely, make decisions, and act appropriately in a dynamic,
fast-paced environment.
- Work across business functions to conceptualize, develop and
implement IT solutions.
- Work with the business to successfully lay IT foundations and
business tools/process to support shared services.
- Work closely with the Digital team to ensure execution of
digital roadmap in support of internal and customer facing
technologies.

- Competencies Candidates will have deep experience partnering
with business leaders at all levels of the organization to ensure
transformation efforts are fully adopted by the organization.

workable business solutions.

solutions.

program momentum over an extended period. Desired Experience and
expertise profile
- A minimum of 10 years of successful information technology
leadership experience in a large, multi-location, global and
complex manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in architecting business solutions
using a global SAP footprint - deep understanding of SAP system
architecture and master data management design in a multi-plant
manufacturing environment is a must.
- Experience with the development and integration of digital
technologies to enhance business effectiveness.
- IT turnaround/optimization experience preferred, including
right-sizing and foundational IT governance (e.g., budgetary,
project management, business-aligned IT demand management,
strategic supplier relationships, etc.).
- Proven ability to challenge, motivate and partner with the
executive leadership team to foster innovation and lead change in
an atmosphere of mutual respect.
- Experience leading an IT team of 100+ internal and external
resources in a global, large-scale, distributed organization.
- Ability to build, motivate and lead a diverse team of global IT
professionals.
- Experience in identifying and effectively utilizing data-based
decision making to improve business performance.

growth. Education
- A bachelor's degree from a top-tier university's information
technology, management information system or related field.
Master's or MBA degree from a top-tier university or business
school is highly advantageous.
