• Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems of pumps or other products.
• Perform diagnostic tests to detect issues and identify root causes.
• Rebuild/repair various products as needed for warranties and restocking.
• Utilize Warranty Ticket System.
• Maintain detailed records/documents of all warranty work.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding service tickets.
• Assist with customer/rep training on products.
• Tear down non-warranty products and dispose of scrap.
• Troubleshooting over the phone for pumps and equipment may be required.
• Occasional site visitation is needed for troubleshooting and/or repairing pumps and equipment if required.
• Work safely while maintaining 6s. Location: Collierville, TNDirect Reports: 0Travel Requirements: up to 50%Pay Range: Commensurate based on experience.Shift/hours: Normal operating hours are between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.Visa Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.   • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Consistent work history
  • Ability to collaborate within a team
  • Positive communication skills
  • Capability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
