Job Description Job Description Role Overview We are looking for
a Graphic Designer to help define, maintain, and evolve our visual
identity across all marketing channels. This role is responsible
for ensuring brand consistency, creative quality, and visual
cohesion across digital, social, web, print, and event materials.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design systems,
understands how visual identity supports brand trust, and can
execute high-quality creative across a wide range of formats while
collaborating closely with marketing, content, and leadership. This
position is a hybrid schedule from 9am-6pm CST. Key
Responsibilities Brand & Visual Identity Maintain and apply brand
standards consistently across all marketing touchpoints. Help
evolve and refine visual systems, templates, and design guidelines
as the brand grows. Ensure a unified look and feel across
campaigns, platforms, and materials. Work closely with Dir of
Marketing & Creative on establishing brand standards across the
entire company. Marketing & Campaign Design Design creative assets
for digital marketing, including email, paid media, social, and
web. Support campaign development with cohesive visual storytelling
and layout design. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to
translate ideas into compelling visuals. Print, Event, & Physical
Materials Design print and physical assets including signage, trade
show materials, swag, and promotional materials. Prepare files for
print production and ensure quality across physical outputs.
Support event-related design needs across both large-scale and
regional activations. Creative Collaboration & Workflow Partner
closely with the Marketing Project Manager to meet deadlines and
manage priorities. Participate in creative reviews and provide
thoughtful feedback when needed. Organize and maintain design
files, templates, and shared asset libraries. What Success Looks
Like: Visual consistency improves across all channels and
campaigns. Design quality reinforces brand trust and
professionalism. Marketing assets are delivered on time and require
fewer revisions. Teams feel confident using design systems and
templates. Qualifications: 3–6 years of experience in graphic
design, brand design, or marketing design. Strong portfolio
demonstrating brand consistency across multiple channels.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools. Experience designing
for both digital and print environments. Strong attention to detail
and ability to manage multiple projects. Additional: Experience
supporting events, trade shows, or experiential marketing.
Familiarity with web and UI design principles. Motion design or
light animation experience.
