the lookout for a dynamic, skilled, and experienced Millwright
Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be
responsible for the calculation of costs and estimation of
resources required for industrial construction projects, with a
focus on millwright work. This position requires a deep
understanding of millwright estimating, industrial construction,
and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The
successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong
understanding of construction processes and procedures. This is a
permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and

DetailsResponsibilities:1. Analyze blueprints, specifications,
proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor
estimates for products, projects, or services.2. Prepare detailed,
accurate, and competitive estimates for millwright work in
industrial construction projects.3. Review and evaluate cost
estimates and ensure they are accurate and comprehensive.4. Track
and manage all project costs and adjust estimates as necessary to
reflect changes.5. Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in
other departments, or construction foremen to discuss and formulate
estimates and resolve issues.6. Conduct site visits and gather all
necessary data for accurate estimation.7. Prepare and present
reports detailing all aspects of the estimation process.8.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure that
projects are completed on time and within budget.9. Maintain
current knowledge of industry trends and technical developments
that may impact cost estimation.Qualifications:1. Minimum of 3
years of experience as a Millwright Estimator or in a similar role
within the industrial construction industry.2. Proven experience
with millwright estimating.3. In-depth knowledge of construction
procedures, materials, and project management principles.4.
Proficient in relevant software, including CAD and estimating
packages.5. Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills with a
strong attention to detail.6. Excellent communication and
negotiation skills.7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight
deadlines.8. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.9.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or
related field is preferred.10. Certification as a Professional
