for a motivated Account and Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate that is hungry and
willing to put in the time and effort to create a highly profitable
insurance career! RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop leads, schedule
appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate
products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet
marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total
commitment to success each and every day. Work alongside your
agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
Provide top tier customer service QUALIFICATIONS: Sales experience
(outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or
telemarketing) Successful track record of meeting sales
goals/quotas preferred Ability to effectively relate to a customer
BENEFITS: Salary plus commission/bonus 1st year - a new salesperson
can expect to make $35k to $40k 2nd year - a successful salesperson
can expect to make $40k to $45k 3rd year - a motivated person can
